		<description>I think the key here is: you can&#039;t force anything in social media. It has to be a two way dialogue in order to accomplish anything. Sales are no different. You CAN sell on SM but you need to be savvy enough and have the tools/leads to work with. It&#039;s just a different can of worms :).</description>
