Nobody wants to get sued, but if you step back for a moment and think about it, T-Mobile saved themselves a great deal of money by getting a lot of people to switch over before they had to drop the program. I&#039;d almost be tempted to bring the program back, get sued again, and then drop it once more just because I&#039;d know that it would be financially worth it...!</description>

		<description>Great article, it&#039;s funny how resistant people are to something so simple and painless.  $1.50 fee was worth filing a law suit for some people, apparently.  The real question will be whether those customers who went paperless stay there or demand their paper back out of spite.</description>
