So just to kick things off, I get to make the first suggestion!

This is one that I've seen done differently in every company, who gets to deal with angry customers? I think that it's often based on the size of the company, but sometimes it also has either a historical root or is based on what your leadership wants you to do.

My best guess at who might be standing in the line of fire from an angry customer goes like this:

  • Customer Service
  • Sales
  • General Management
  • Product Mangers
  • Developers
  • Senior Management

Have I forgotten anyone?
